Q: How do I choose the right bike for me?

A: Consider your riding style (road, mountain, electric etc.), your fitness level, the terrain you’ll ride on, and your budget. 

Q: Can I get help selecting the right size bike?

A: No, we provide size charts for each bike model and however don't offer a offer a bike fitting service. 

These can either be done virtually or in-store with a quick search for a bike fitter in your area.

Q: Do you offer test rides?

A: While we can’t offer test rides directly from our online store if you are in the Brisbane area and wish to test ride we are more than happy to accomodate the exact bike or something similar to your requirements

Ordering and Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, within Australia, it takes 10-20 business days for metro areas. For rural areas, it might take up to 20-30 business days.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your bike’s journey to your doorstep.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us for potential arrangements.

Returns and Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 14 days to return your purchase if it’s unused and in its original packaging. You have  cover the return shipping costs for bikes that are not the correct size or if there’s a manufacturing defect. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Q: How does the warranty work?

A: All bikes come with the manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years.

We handle warranty claims on your behalf, including shipping for repairs or replacements.

Assembly and Maintenance

Q: Do I need to assemble the bike when it arrives?

A: Most bikes come 85-95% assembled. You’ll need to attach the pedals, handlebars, and seat, and adjust the gears and brakes. We provide assembly instructions and videos.

Q: Can I get help with assembly or maintenance?

A: No, you will need to seek assistance from your local bike store or a competent cycling friend however assembly is not hard with the necessary tools provided in the shipping box with your bike.

After-Sales Service

Q: What after-sales services do you provide?

A: We offer a 2 year free online advice service on bikes purchased from us

Professional repairs,and a parts and any accessories you want fitted, are to be done by you or your local bike store.

Special Orders and Customisations

Q: Can I order a custom bike?

A: Yes, we can help you specify a custom bike. The process involves selecting components, colours, and other preferences, with lead times varying based on complexity.

Q: What if I need a part that you don’t have in stock?

A: Let us know what you need, and we’ll source it for you. We have access to a broad network of suppliers to get you the parts you need.
